Oh yes, indeed they are. Poppy had developed a problem and to cut a long story short, John picked her up last week after diagnosing idler gear/bearing issues. So, a "rebuilt" gearbox was fitted along with a new oil pump, transfer casing ect and now the car is uber quiet. Just as i was told it would be.

John has been a pleasure to deal with, very honest & up front with non of the ******* sometimes associated with repairers ect.

The work has been top notch, John has always been ready to answer my questions and take calls, even on weekends. The bill was exactly what it was going to be with no "hidden extras". In fact im sure the bill should have been slightly higher lol ;). There was even a positive comment about the car too :). Alot of Mini " Specialists " could learn a hell of alot by following the way Guessworks treats its customers.

Anyway, my point is that people listen to comments and I want to join the band of happy campers who have been lucky enough to have had work done by John & sing his praises.

This guy comes highly recommended!!!!
