as above.

but before it was going grrrrrrr before it rev'd if that makes any sense :P

now it wont start now ive fiddled with the dizzy as i thought it may be that?

so first i need to get it started up then fix that problem :P

what did you do to the dizzy ?

what did you do to the dizzy ?


turned it LOL now assuming i can get the car to start as its just that ive changed, any one got an idea for the running problem?
it sounds slightly louder when it happens very very low in the rev range.

What you turned the dizzy by unclampint it and moving it.....if so you will need to remove rocker cover and remove plugs pop in 4th and pull car forward till both rockers on NO:1 cylinder are rocking (both fully closed) this is the firing stroke....now look at dizy remove cap and put a dot of white paint on block opp rotar are....pop cap back on and turn dizzy till NO:1 lead is opp dot on block.....your mini is now timed retighten clamp and refit plugs and rocker cover (fit new gasket) and start car.......good luck :proud:

that is amazing! i will do this when the car is back in the car, but i found the issue i knocked of a wire :P oh balls hehe
