Hi all. I recently purchased a replacement DAB aerial for my Kenwood headunit from Halfords. When I came to fit it today, I found that although the packaging was sealed the aerial itself was damaged. The earth strip for the aerial has no sticky on it and is nearly torn through. Also the sticky back part on the aerial looks like it has been peeled off then stuck back on again.

Now the problem is I seem to have lost the receipt somehow since I got it on Thursday. The blister pack it came in still has the barcode on it that the girl scanned and they have the same ones one the shelf but does anyone want to comment on the possibility of them changing it? I know its a long shot but if they refuse to change it I am £20 out of pocket.
