Got some new comps yesterday as a bit of a birthday pressie to myself.

They are 6.5" Kicker EX6.2's

Fitted them today in some pods and they sound really nice, just need to get the amp fitted now to unleash their full potential.

Buggered the pods up a bit but hopefully gonna sort some new ones tomoz so i'll do some pics then.

started to do speaker builds today, i did some yesterday but i really wasn't happy with them (too bulky and looked C**p to be honest)

here's a few pics of the ones i'm working on now.



checking for fitment and clearance


fitted with a layer of fleece (speaker removed obviously!)


and finally resin coated, once dry then i'm gonna give them a few coats of FG till solid enough.


definatly going to be an improvement over these!
