Hi people, does anyone know a good place to get a alloy fuel tank? i want to put it where the standard tank is so i can still fit the spare wheel in

Sorry to ask, but.

Why do you need an Alloy fuel tank? If your just gonna stick it where the original goes.

The cost will be ridiculous as well.

pro alloy. we use them for most of our ally race tanks, going to cost lots of money though!!! especially one thats a strange / difficult shape!

i dont want a filler neck so i have got a flush cap so i cant see how i will connect the pipe in to a standard tank , ive seen alloy tanks for around £200

It will be a custom jobs and more than likely cost upwards of 500 pound... Waste of money on a road car!

Have a look into moving the filler neck into the boot.I'm sure I've seen that someone's done it on here

Have a look into moving the filler neck into the boot.I'm sure I've seen that someone's done it on here

 

this is what i am doing, i believe i need a SPI tank thought as I'm doing a vtec conversion so im not sure yet!
