it says 84 on ,mines a 79 so cant i have these?

are these ok, quite cheap for a pair and will they work with any of the above drums.

the minifins say 84on because they have a spacer built in as all minis came with spacerd drums on the rear after 84, so if yours has spacers these will be fine to use and the backplate set ups should be fine they didnt really change over the minis entire liftime in production apart from fitting spacers to the drums later on

To be honest, Minifins don't actually improve the braking on a road car as the rear brakes only do about 20% of the total braking.
On a race car they do reduce the unsprung weight a bit which is always an advantage.

Mine hasn't got spacers ,but I'm totally rebuilding both subbys so will they be ok.I'm guessing I need longer studs

the back plates the minispares ones are actually cheaper than minisport if you include VAT

Haha ...I know its a big difference in price though,I had to look twice. I know minisoares are probably better quality but comparing prices it just seems a lot

ive had a pint of ale and ordered the back plate assemblys and superfins from minisport,just hope they turn up now!ale works wonders!lol
