I've made one, as I have a Designer would it be a case of trying to photo shop the side stripes and the 'designer' writing on the side? I'll see what I can do I'm not very good at photoshop!! haha!

I added my RSP bits using MS Paint. The image is pretty small so you do not have to be an artist.
