its an original bootlid which has had the no. plate recess plated and skimmed. thanks for ur comments

Nice 'n' smooth
Which isn’t the easiest of jobs to do as the boot lid cures in both directions.

woo that's nice, got a good straight reflection in it implying a good curve (in both planes).
I'm probably going to go smoothy on mine, a diy job tho and then i'm going to use it as a mould to make my own fibreglass bootlid. i'm also considering mass producing these so if anyone interested in a fibreglass smoothy then holla! lol.

Where did you get that from? Looks well cool. Iv started my own but not sure how its going to turn out.only cost me £100
