I'm trying to find a specialist mini engine builder in the Kent area

Depends on what you want to pay bill Richards is in ashford

I would prefer to avoid Bill Richards, I've had a bad experience with him in the past

A few people have said that, apparently he produces some top quality work, but whats his pricing like?
