You just have to turn the filler nozzle upside down before you pull it out, no drip.

I assumed that these were like a foam to soak up the drips, with a plastic backing to stop it going on the paint....?
Nope, i got mine (amonmgst some other goodies) in Japan whilst on holiday 2 years ago (still not finished it though
