hello

As per the title , mine keeps "sticking" and dropping all the fuel all over the floor , so ive come to buy a new one and they all seem to have one pipe on the chamber cover , where as the one ive got at the moment has two ? Will the one with one outlet/inlet work ?

Cheers

Jack

why do you need the cover ?? It's more than likely the needle valve thats the fault. Could even be dirt in it..

Have you tried cleaning out

Minispares do new valves, floats etc

Not ideally no, the extra pipe is a safety overflow.... fuel is best dumped onto the floor than onto a hot engine :-(

What engine do you have, my SU book is to hand to let you know what you should be asking for

I read that the OP was buying a new carburettor and not just the float chamber cover ?

Then you are possibly looking for a FZX1415 carburettor....

However its not too difficult a job just to do the float valve, after all you must have removed the carb in the first place !!
