Ideally I wanted to use M-Machine as I have heard good things about them, any idea what their delivery time is like?
also if anyone can tell me exactly what panels I will need to do the sills and half floor for my 92 mayfair that would be great,
ALSO the driver's side wheel arch/bulkhead is rotten all the way up, do they do a panel for this?

M Machine make a lot of their own stuff and is also very good but they also buy in some panels. Magnum is hit or miss and you do need to remove the paint covering as its rubbish.
You can buy a complete half floor section including inner sill from M machine, their 4" short sill is very very good as well (both made by them) . Fitted a pair of outers to Paddy.
To do the inner sill floor section properly you will need to remove the companion bin on that side. This will allow you access to the inner sill where it is welded to the inner sill stiffener. Also attached to the inner sill both ends is the slinging mount bracket, at the rear is also the the heelboard mount bracket. This has the sling point bracket welded to it, then there is also the jacking point as well.
When you order from M Machine ask them if the panels are in stock, if so they are very quick. Apart from one panel i have had next day delivery.

http://www.minispare...ch/classic/half , this was the panel I had in mind or is it viable to buy the panel with the inner and outer sill already attatched?
You can get them,

Not cheap but save a lot of work. You can also get the whole floor,

I haven't fitted one of those but my mate has and it seems easier than I thought it would and looks much better than my bitzer approach.

my budget won't stretch to a whole floor, and it really is only the driver s side that has rotted out (previous owner fitted oversills!!!!),

Gone up 8" where exactly??
sorry my answer wasn't very clear at all.
the rust is all the way inside the wheelarch, as in it goes from the bottom of the floor/sill upwards
