for the last yr ive been getting 1mm of fluid on the top of my clutch master cyl the level never goes down for the brake fluid. wots happening?

what actually sort of spilt or what?

Is the fluid brake fluid or water ?

If you don't have an effective bonnet seal, it may just be rainwater.

no no splits its on top where you fill it and its yellow fluid
