Doing well bungle.

it didn't rain today (although we did have a hail storm) so did a bit more block work



3 more courses and i'm up the the house floor level

as the back garden has turned into a big mud pit because of all the recent rain we concreted the floor in the little cellar section over the weekend

I can't believe how fast this is progressing, especially given the weather - great work!

This made me think of a catflap I saw the other day. The arrow is pointing to the catflap on the first floor!

we came up with much the same idea , a wooden ramp

some of the block work is now up to floor height





i decided to add a porthole window to give the store a bit of light, the store has been claimed by William as a toy den

looking at the previous pics i have also concreted the floor in Williams den

daddy day care today so i had them outside helping



hopefully i can get the block and beam in soon and stop using the ladder to get out of the back door

lot's more block work done today, just a small pillar to build (where the rain barrel is ) then i'm ready for the block and beam floor

but one little question, why is there dirt between the two brick walls in the second picture ?
