Avin just read about a member having all his tools stolen (shame dude) heres an interesting item that can be used to scare the thieves.
You may or may not be interested, but they are noisey and make white undercrackers go instantly brown when triggerd (dont forget to dissarm it when you enter your garage tho) ;D

Also maybe invest in a baby monitor and put reciever in your house (bikers trick)

Haha thats awesome,

Think you probably need a gun license to warrant that but it certainly would be funny to see your thieve's change tactics then rob up the laundry basket!

You dont need a licence to buy the blanks. They are used by farmers to alarm gates. Would certainly make the bas%$*ds jump. The blanks are more expensive than proper cartridges. I got that shock when pricing them to use for training my dog.

Yes knee capping what a wonderful idea

With no compression the plastic just ruptures. Normal cartridges don't make good blanks if emptied for just that reason. The blanks are almost always black powder as opposed to nitro. The noise is good and would make someone think, but making an adaptor to use .223 or .308 blanks makes them REALLY loud. And before anyone asks, yes I do have a SGC and FAC, but all of the above can be done with no licences at all. I have used them on my sheds for years. The only thing I have caught in years is me (twice) and it was a definate clean underpants required job. Plus, if anyone is thinking of using them to injure rather than deter, remember that scumbag criminals are always on first name terms with the police and solicitors and will screw you over big time.

We use these on the farm, and around our pens (I'm a gamekeeper as well as a senior analyst!).

They've made me bab myself. Several times. :owned:

Just get a blank to scare them and then go down with the shotgun and make sure they are facing you, then shoot them
