mini clubman estate still registered as 1.1 now has Bill Richards 1330cc engine. 100bhp. internally engine is top spec race head (stage 4-5) ,roller rockers, strait cut gearbox, mega pistons, piper cam, venier pully, turbo crank wedged and ballanced (cost 3k total) car has 12" revolutions new tyres 600 miles ago 8.4 disc brakes groved and drilled green stuff pads has hi-lo's new rear backplates/drums 6 months ago car has maniflow exhaust with a stainless steel manifold (Specialist Components) new water pipes. have over £2k reciepts (mini spares) and MOT's ect back 6 yrs had respray sep 2010 car is very nippy and fun, a real head turner! garaged for last 3 months awaiting a new owner needs little bit of T.L.C very reluctant sale £3000 no offers (worth every penny)

interior is standard apart from no door cards and dash is wraped green and black carbon fibre

rear door is fixed shut but is fibreglass and i have locking mechanism so easy to change back
i have rear seats but curently not in car as i used as 2 seater but will be included in sale
