Hi everyone,

I'm fairly new to the site but I am currently doing a full nut and bolt restoration on my 1981 hl which i'm building as a mk1 replica historic racer, with a few different bits along the way.
I've owned the car for quite some time now (about 10 Years) it was my first car which I learnt to drive in and i took it off the road for a quick tidy up ( as usual it escalated into a big job very quickly).
Recently I was approached by a friend who asked me if I would be interested in taking on a 970s project which he has for sale, but at this moment in time I sadly do not have the time or money to take on another project and said I would ask on the forum to see if anyone would be interested?
Message me for more details if anyone is interested in the 970s project and I will get some pictures of my own project up soon :)

I'd say your friend has a better chance of selling his project to a good home and for the right money if he registers on this forum as a TMF+ member and gets it in the for sale section with plenty of pics and info.
Get that thread started with your own project too!
