whats the best stuff youve used? when ever i used it it just flakes off do you need to prime it first or any preperation (apart from removing rust)

In my experience the gloss black lasts far longer than the matt

I think it needs heat to bake itself on, I have parts that are chipped from just kicking round the garage but have had exhausts & manifolds that stood up well in use.

I think it's more a matter of curing in use, dunno about spraying hot it could end up drying before it forms a coat. Suppose you could sneak small components in with the Sunday roast once they're dry :P
