They have taken my money but no product in return. Does anyone know who to contact there to get something done? Or complain to its such as shame.

Always get an answer on this number. I've had a few orders and services with them, all good. only had one hick up where a phone order was misplaced but after a follow up phone call they seemed genuinely sorry and i received it within 24 hours. im sure it will turn out to be a genuine mistake.

which is a shame as there down the road!
had a stage one kit fitted and tuned up and fuel pipe replacing
came back with the petrol pipe leaking onto the manifold!
replacing the fuel line involved putting a repair pipe over the top!
went back and complained so they said leave it to us and we'll replace it
they did, with a longer peice of repair pipe!
needless to say it leaked again and having payed for the entire pipe and the labour to do it i was miffed off
to say the least
£550 worse off and ended up getting a friend to do it
was a joke!
havent been back for 4 years
best place for parts and customer service is MOSS-EUROPE
or mini spares to be honest
hopefully they have got better in that respect but it only takes one bad experience for me not to use
a company again haha!

being a teenager at the time i was just happy with the noise
it was the gf's dad whos a mechanic of 40+ years who was shocked
i was just wondering about the pool of petrol forming underneath my car when parked up :/
explained alot when he pointed at the 3"rubber over hose that spewed petrol onto the hot stainless manifold whenever the car was on!!

Don't get me started on Moss, they were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I was after advice on an exhaust for my MGB GT, I rang their Manchester branch and the guy I spoke to was plain vile. I sent an email to the store along the lines of 'I know it may have been an off day but.........'. I heard nothing so I rang and spoke to the manager, still hoping to get the exhaust sorted. His attitude wasn't much better and he didn't seem to care that he was losing trade by his CBA attitude. Needless to say I went elsewhere, MGB Hive and they have had a lot of trade of me over recent years. Similar with Minispares who have always been brilliant, so I go there even if the price is a bit higher.best place for parts and customer service is MOSS-EUROPE
