12 grand for a roof if its what you decribed in the photo with the two hips coming down and a little pitch on the front i bet £4000 max and thats with scaffold new laff 2 rolls of breathable felt re use your tiles just get reclaimed ones to match yours and replace the broken ones unless you wanted new roof tiles/slates then going to pay more then. as you will be looking £1500 for tiles. let us no how you get on.£3200 + £600 scaffolding, I was expecting double that. Even then I would be pleased. I need to get some peeps round to quote then. The bloke who had it before said he got a quote 10 years back for £12k. Whoever quoted obviously didn't want the job.
