if you was to rebuild your engine or replace vital parts with anything to do with the running of the car what would you replace and why cheers

all bearings and gaskets and filters
rebore the block, new pistons and rings to ensure a good running engine
duplux timing chain
double valve springs
fast road camshaft for more power
new oil & water pump
possibly new fuel pump
job done
if the clutch needs replacing that would be worth doing too

Your best bet is get onto Turbominis forum, have a butchers over there also have a look at this link, big help, well was for me.
