Rear Fog Light Switch

I've done most of the wiring today (converting a 1990 Cooper to centre speedo with a full new loom) just have the rear fog to sort and washers.
The car only has 4 switches on the centre panel, 1 lights, 2 hazards, 3 heated rear window, 4 brake test. Where would the rear fog switch normally go? should the car have a 5 switch panel? I was thinking of doing away with the brake test switch, but was just curious??

5 switch panels are only compatible with the ratchet choke cable.

The brake test switch is actually a legally required (although not MOTd) warning lamp.
5 switch panels are only compatible with the ratchet choke cable.
Without sounding like a *******, you can use any choke cable with the 5 switch panel. The 5 switch panel was standard in my 93 carb'd mini and I prefer the locking style choke do it was swapped

You could replace the brake test switch with one on the handbrake & a warning light.
i am baffled, the brake test switch is a indication of fluid level in the master cylinder, by replacing it with a handbrake switch that only tells you the handbrake is on/off

You can do but it doesn't exactly fit well and slops about it the larger D shaped hole, you have to fasten it up way tighter than it's meant to be. Does it even fit centrally in the hole without filing a flat onto it?
I used a black washer, didn't require too much tightening, and it's been there 4 years now without a problem
