Hi everyone. Im not sure where the best place to fit the interrupter fuel pump is? Im thinking about buying the facet filter king with the gauge.
Has anyone got any pics of these installed?
Much appreciated

That's my setup but when I set the fuel pressure I put the gauge inline just in front of the carb

Nice set up, looks neat im actually not going to race mine, its just a fast road toy. So i wont be using an alloy tank. Prehaps i put this post in the wrong section :/

The interupter type of pump can also be front mounted if you so wish.

Ah right. Front mounted? Do you mean in the engine bay, on the bulkhead or something. Cheers

Yes in the front is ok on the interuptor pumps, Facet state in there info Front or Rear Mounting, on the bulkhead is fine as they have a stronger suction than the cube type (which should be below the tan and in the rear) and a dry prime height of 600mm.

Ok great thanks for that. Think it might be easier fitting it at the front as it isn't the smallest. Im guessing i can leave the fuel lines at the back aswell.

Here's where I'm putting mine - in the front section of the battery box. I'm running a half size battery so the space is available and it's lower than the bottom of the tank.

Edit: and my regulator is here: http://desertwave.co...ageViewsIndex=1

Heres mine now:
Before I had the alloy tank I just had it mounted vertically on the seat back next to the standard tank. It worked fine even with the tank low on fuel as they have plenty of suction.
I then have the fuel pressure reg next to the carb at the front:
(fuel pressure reg still in as its on the rollers this week)

Ideally, these pumps are to be mounted vertically, with the removable filter twist bit at the bottom. Due to filtering etc. :)
