Including the transmission. Over 80 bhp will soon knock out a high-mileage gearbox & diff.

Hey guys this seems a good place to put this as a question instead of starting a new post my friend uncle said to me the other night "if you change your fan to a single blade metal fan you get a extra 5 bhp " im not sure if hes being truthful or talking rubbish.
if its true there a cheep extra bhp

In the testing I have done, The difference between a fan and and no fan at all is about 1bhp at the most.

and the fan story never ends.. its totally irrelevant and doesn't increase much hp.. you're better off sorting the head which is really limiting..cheers
