I'm regrettably selling my 1979 clubman estate project, the floors have been welded, all the rot has been cut out and replaced with new metal. The drives sill needs welding still as it is only tacked in place, the front end is a bit rusty but could be repaired quite easily. The back end of the shell is very good condition only some bits of surface rust and it hasn't been welded. Will need dash vents welding. I have the complete interior which was in good condition when it was put into storage a few years ago.

The car is complete apart from the windscreen, which are very cheap to get from shows. I have the engine running before it was taken out, it was smokey though so i would say it needs a head rebuild to replace stem seals. No rot on subframes but there are some bits of rust as all cars of this age will have. The back doors are also very good condition with only some surface rust on them. original 1100 engine.

Im going to get some more pictures which i will upload as soon as possible

I also have a new A panel and tinted sliding glass for it.
More welding has been done since these pictures were taken, just noticed that the drivers floor isn't welding in pic but it has been now.

Just outside Dudley in West Midlands, wings are pretty solid but do have holes at front level with the sidelight and behind the headlight, and one small hole in front panel but they could all be easily repaired
