I like that tacho, I thought it was an old voltmeter at first. Odd history though, states North America export on Heritage Cert, French head lamps and dealer badge on rear, and I'm sure GBM was the old marking for Malta.
Still a nice car though.

Interesting car. GBM is Isle of Man, so could connect with the bike racing.
Maybe car was shipped from US to France for a euro tour and the Paris dealer received it and converted lamps? Lots of US cars wre brought to Europe for use on long holidays in the 60's and 70's. Then shipped back again afterwards.
