I'm after a decent mini friendly set of rollers.
Over the past 2 and a half months I've been using 2 fuel log apps on my phone to monitor my fuel consumption.
my mini is my daily and used about town to and from work, used all through the winter so lots of time on choke and in traffic but I'm averaging 21.32 MPG with a best of 26.78.
I'm certain i can get more and it has been about 18months since it was last put on any rollers.
any recommendations?
cheers,
MM

I thought you said in a previous post that you always change gear at 5000rpm so that could be something to do with it...........?!
Aldon Automotive used to be around Brum (Brierley Hill IIRC...)

maybe many moons ago but before this post i don't think ive been active on here for a good 12months or so.
my driving has become slightly more refrained as money isn't abundant and petrol is extortionate.
economy is my new aim or a new car.
i'll give hi tech a bell and get it booked in.
cheers.

Having been to Southam can say they are nice guys and very helpful, but for not much more Aldon will also rebuild your distributor to match your state of tune. Having used Aldon 9 months ago I can't fault them, they found no more power than Southam, but engine was more responsive and it's hunger for head gaskets stopped. On the down side they have a long waiting list.
