It is only the company that leases the circuit that is going into liquidation. They owed monies to the circuit owners, who have obviously decided that MPML should be wound up before someone new is found to run the circuit.

Excellent news. I hope the new operators will make a better job of running the circuit than the previous ones.

I cant remember what track it was might have been Mallory but my granddad said during noise testing before a bike race a plane flew over and he couldn't hear the tester speak so its barking that the vehicles on track have to be noise tested when there an airport with planes taking of constantly that make more noise than the vehicles being used on track.

that may have been donnington as it is a lot closer to east midlands airport, however mallory park is still pretty close too

It is good news, it also shows how much rubbish has been talked about this, on here and elsewhere. Hopefully Mallory Park just needed new management and things will better now.

cant wait i have been round mallory in a mk2 astra gte but would love to take the mini round !!
