Having a sort out today & came across these two pairs of 1 1/2" carbs.

First up is this pair -



Tag says AUD 317 which I believe are early 1275 GT ones, am I correct?

Also this pair -



AUD 2277 which I can't seem to find anywhere, anyone know? They're 4 stud mounting ones not & the manifold is 12G 2464.

The diag mount of the top ones would suggest hs4.....maybe the number tells a different story

1275GT had a single HS4

There should be two tags - one on each carb.

I believe AUD317 is a 1275 GT carb and was a single carb not a twin.

Look on the other carb for another tag - but I think someone has made up a pair rather than it being "factory".

The filters on the top set look like early cooper ones to me.

No idea what the other set is

The top pair, one carb is tagged AUD317 & the other AUD224L.

The bottom ones are both AUD2277.

I cant see the tags on the bottom one, under the float bowl screw it isnt there ?.

Ahhh i see, Not seen that before on a mini setup.
Dont quote me on this one but could be originaly from a differnt car i.e morris, triumph, ausin ect.. maybe ?

I brought a set of twin hs4s at Bingley which were originally from a 1500 dolly, and were still on its manifold, so that might be what these are?
