Does anybody know why they say to use a metro drive flange for the fiesta conversion? I can't see a reason why these have to be used instead of standard mini ones.
I'm pretty sure that metro ones are thicker and this is what pushes the track out that bit further

its because you need the wheel to be further away from caliper to clear 10" wheels
you do know not all 10" wheels clear

it also moves the disc into the correct position. otherwise disc isnt in the centre of the caliper.

Apparently so haha. So I can change it then

It's on the outside of the disc though? Or is it about the thickness of the centre where the hub but tightens on to?

the disc bolts to flange. its how the flange sits in relation to the huv/cv.
