I have just fitted some new wheels today and there is a noticable difference between how much the rear wheels sit on either side.

On the passenger side I have measured the distance from the subframe to the brake back plate at 10cm, but on the drivers side the distance is under 8.5cm. What would cause this differance, and is there any adjustment that can be done to make them equal.

I measured the distance on my other car and it is 10cm both sides. So my problem lies somewhere on the drivers side.

Just to add, there is no play in either of the radius arms. It doesn't scrub the tyres and no one who's followed me has said it crabs.

I have the same problem on mine too, I am going to fit the KAD adjustable brackets and take it to get tracked, hopefully that'll cure it.

don't the adjustable brackets just change the camber? I'm thinking maybe I've got a bent radius arm.

Or perhaps the wheels are slightly different offset - hence my suggestion to swap the wheels and measure again......... Bent arm is unlikely - bent arm mounts on the subframe is entirely possible. Just check though -do both brake drums have same thickness spacer ?

I had this problem when I bought mine, infact the lower shock mount bolt touched the subframe. When I took the rear subby off, I came to the conclusion the car must have either had something hit the rear wheel from the side or it had maybe been handbrake turned into a kerb or similar. The radius arm outer mounting bracket was strained and pulled out of shape, and the front edge of the subby wasnt perfectly straight when I laid a straight edge across it. Both were rectified with some heat and a hammer.

Looks like he's measuring from back plate to the subframe, so the wheels would make no difference. He'd still have those measurements with no wheels on

That is absolutely right.
It could be a bent arm, although this is most unlikely.
More likely to be bent sub-frame or sub-frame mounting bracket.
Measure everything and check the rear toe-in which should be 1 mm to 2 mm.

Looks like it will be a day with tape measure tomorrow then.

@bmcecosse, I'm measuring from the back plate to the sub frame so as said above changing the wheels won't make any difference. Thanks for the input though. :)

Ive had bent radius arms back on exchange when I reconditioned them, more often they are twisted though which would also change the camber angle.
