I've been looking on google and it seems you can fit and flush a front bumper on the mini before fitting engine and subframe but others have said it can't be done has anyone done this?

You have to lift up the shell ludicrously high if leaving the front bumper on

Can u still bolt the front panel to subframe though or is bumper in the way?

Do I think I could weld a nut into the panel and bolt it the other way?
