Twelve tyres wouldn't fit on 12" wheels, I recommend one tyre per wheel... And you need to tell us some width measurements of wheels

165 tyres are the widest road tyre and will fit a rim from 4.5 to 6 inches wide

There are some 'Trailer' tyres that fit.
A friend had them on his car when he purchased it, they were something stupid like 175/55/12s. Don't think they were particularly safe though...
