Not condition you can have good discs and new pads/ shoes/drums if the caliper Pistonss/cylinders are tight the more efficient brake in your case the left will make the car pull to the left. If it pulled left under normal driving that a different thing, look at the right side caliper pistons/cylinders and thats where the problem will lie.

Check to see how full the brake master cylinder is as if its full pushing the pistons back may overfill the plastic tank and shoot fluid out the air hole If the pistons are tight or siezed ( you should be able to push them back in quite easily with a lever ) then its time to get a seal overhaul kit and strip/clean and replace the seals.

Clutch master cylinder? Unless you have very odd (and completely illegal) plumbing, it will be the BRAKE master cylinder!
What could be up with the master cylinder then?
