When I brake my Mini pulls to the left, but when driving normally it drives in a straight line. Any ideas?

Is the caliper semi siezed on the right ? or if drums then a inspection inside is required to see why the brake efficiency is down on the riight side

Not condition you can have good discs and new pads/ shoes/drums if the caliper Pistonss/cylinders are tight the more efficient brake in your case the left will make the car pull to the left. If it pulled left under normal driving that a different thing, look at the right side caliper pistons/cylinders and thats where the problem will lie.

Are you on front discs or drums

Whip the wheel off the right front, remove the pads one at a time and then see if the pistons will move back into the caliper, do this on both pistons, if the pads are new and the pistons are nearly fully back get someone in the car to press the brake pedal gently while you place a screwdriver between piston and disc to prevent the pston shooting out.

Check to see how full the brake master cylinder is as if its full pushing the pistons back may overfill the plastic tank and shoot fluid out the air hole If the pistons are tight or siezed ( you should be able to push them back in quite easily with a lever ) then its time to get a seal overhaul kit and strip/clean and replace the seals.

Clutch master cylinder? Unless you have very odd (and completely illegal) plumbing, it will be the BRAKE master cylinder!

Edit: The error in above post is now corrected.

What could be up with the master cylinder then?

Well, if the reservoir is completely full, when you push the caliper pistons back, fluid will be ejected and ruin your paintwork.
