evening all,
drving back from the parts place ( to get mini bits! :P ) in the gf's ka and the clutch goes on me , so having fiannly got it home and got the gearbox off, as i was taking the box out on my own i was scrambling all over the floor trying to get it out, and ended up putting the gearbox on the floor but it lent on a white plastic multi plug and broke all the plastic housing off :shy: dont know much about gear boxs so im taking a guess that it would be a sensor but what sensor i have no idea all i know it was a two pin muliti plug, tried follwing the wire it attches to back but it just goes into a loom of wires :S , was thinking maybe being white it could be a reverse light switch? any thhoughts?
thanks again and sorry for the slighlty confusing post!

if its on the front of the box its the reverse switch as suggested or the rear there is the speed sensor
2 pins though suggests it is the reverse switch, taking it out won't loose any bits
