Hi all,
I searched to see if this was already on the forum but with no results... so I thought I'd share with you all..

Each year the Sharnbrook Vesuvio hotel/restaurant hold 3 shows a year, one classic car, one super car and one Italian car and bike day.Each show has a "guest marque" - the classic show this year is Mini! So we should get as many Mini's there as possible!

My 10 year project is still on going but I'm (unrealistically?) trying to get it on the road for this show!

Located on the A6 just north of Bedford it's easy to find and always a great atmosphere there.

That's a shame, I would have loved to have come along, as Sharnbrook is just down the road from me, but unfortunately I'm working on the 12th.

I'm over in St.Neots, which is a little way away, but really not that far in the grand scheme of things.

15 miles ish, haha, yep, just round the corner. mind you, my kids are in Bedford which is 15 miles from me, so not too bad a run.

Have you visited Kens diner in Finedon yet?... EDIT, again, local ish to you.

with you guys both living quite local (I'm in Elstow) do you know of any clubs/meets around the area?

I'll definitely be going. I live and work in Bedford, and most weekends I'm at my parents in Wellingborough so still close so might as well go

Maybe we could all group together and park next to one another as a TMF group?

(Providing of course my Mini passes it's MOT beforehand!)

The Mostly Harmless Mini Club are based in Bedford and meet at the Kings Arms on St. Mary's street on the first Wednesday of every month. http://www.mhmclub.co.uk/

HAMOC (Huntingdon Area Mini Owners Club) Meet regularly at The White Horse in Eaton Socon, St. Neots and also organise the H2H run each year (Huntingdon to Hunstanton) which is taking place this Sunday. http://www.hamoc.co.uk/
