I have recently purchased KAD 7.75 Vented four pot front brakes. Which Drive flange, Hub and mods do I need to make this work? KAD's closed for the weekend and I wanted to try and get this sorted over the weekend so If I need to order parts I can order them Monday morning.

Thanks,

This is the first problem. I am using mini hubs and the 8.4 mini drive flange and 7.75 Brake rotor used here. The rotors are dangerously close to the steering arms.

Second problem is the Drive flange will not come all the way through. 8.4 mini drive flange and 7.75 Brake rotor used here. If I used the metro one for "vented discs" will it not push the wheel out further causing the drive shaft to be further back.

Third which is pretty straight forward I think. Do i need to trim off the excess pad here as is seems to foul the spacers for the calipers.

Thanks for the input

I was always told if using vented discs, use Metro Drive flanges! (Vented Flanges Even)

Artful Dodger - Thanks, I figured so but nothing been fitting right lately and I have been really hesitant to cut anything up.

Noah - I have those sitting in my shopping cart. I need confirmation that will fix the issue as I'm in Canada and don't want to buy them if I don't need them.

Just stay up late tonight and call KAD when they open here on Monday morning, then you can get the order together and sent first thing Monday while it's still Sunday night for you.

In your photo it doesn't look like the disc is actually fitted up to the flange properly, maybe it's just the angle.

49mm from the rotor face to where the flanges bolts to.

Anyone have pics of these installed properly?

Thats exactly what I'm pointing out dan, the disc looks to be wide.........

No that's not what I meant, it looked like there was a gap between the disc and flange but now I look again there isn't. Well only what is caused by the chamfered edge.
