Could anyone confirm the thread size in the caliper that the.brake line screws into... Am i right in thinking its 3/8" UNF? I'm sure I read that somewhere but just want to make sure.
Thanks

It is 3/8unf if they are original Mini calipers, Metro calipers, and other modern stuff, are metric 10x1. If in doubt try a 3/8 fitting, there are plenty you could borrow on a Mini, 3/8 is about 1/2 a mm smaller diameter.

Ok thanks so is there a difference in 3/8unf and just 3/8?

3/8 is the major diameter, UNF is the thread form. There are other 3/8 threads but they aren't used for Mini brake fittings.
