Bought a set if minispares toe/camber brackets and i cannot get them to fit. I know people will say i should have bought KAD or drilled the standard ones but i havent, so lets move past that!

The top bolt that goes into the subframe is impossible to fit with the radius arm in place. The bracket is bent back on itself so you cannot get a socket or even fingers in there to tighten it up.

Is there something obvious i am missing?

Do you have a genuine subframe? Mine wasn't so I had to slot the holes in the brackets a bit more (with a file) in order to get it all to fit.

I had the same problem. I had to file out all of the holes, luckily I had the sub frame on the beach so it was easy to work on. I also had to cut a bit of each side of the sub frame. :mmkay: As for bolting the bracket in to place I use Allen bolts.

As far as I am aware, the subframe is genuine. Definetly original anyway. All the holes seem to line up, but the top one just doesn't have a big enough gap between the top of the bracket and the radius arm. A allen headed bolt would work though. Thanks for pointing that out!

or you should be able to bolt it in place by leaving the adjustment loose so you can get in to the bolt. Allen heads are a good idea though

I had to slot mine out to fit them too. Unfortunately they simply wouldn't fit without.

I also had to dress the plug weld as it was a bit messy and fouled on the washers at the end of the radius arm.
