Im getting to the stage where the doors can be reskinned and the front end reassembled. I first need to reassemble and refit the rear subframe so the car can be put back on all 4 wheels, but am wondering the best order to refit stuff to ensure the best alignment. I didnt realise until I removed the valance ( Im reusing it ) that its bolted on on rubbers, so Im guessing that fixes its position to an extent. is it A panel, then fit the doors, then wings, or doors first then A panels, any advice gratefully accepted thanks

i would fit the doors first, line up around the frame. Then tak the A panels in place. Bolt the front panel on (loosely) and clamp the wings on. put the bonnet on.
Then jiggle everything about until you got nice gaps everywhere, then begin welding.

As above, except put the bonnet on first before the wings, by aligning the bonnet so you have the correct even gap between the bonnet and scuttle you will then align the wings to the bonnet.
