I wouldn't touch any of them with a bargepole because if they can't fix it at the side of the road then they will just dump you at the nearest garage. At that point you are over a barrel with a garage that might know squat about classic cars.
I use Autoaid - it's an insurance policy really but the big advantage is that they will always recover your car to your home address (well an address of your choice - which could be a garage you prefer to use). That way you can either sort it yourself now that your car is near your toolkit or you can take it to your preferred known repairer. The only disadvantage is that sometimes you need to pay for the recovery up front (depends on the agent they use - most will bill them direct). I've never had to use them myself but enough people in the club have that I know they do what they say on the tin and if you do need to claim money back from them then it's a simple fast process with no undue quibbling.

I use AA and have the option with recovery to home address (or closer location of choice I think). No problems with it so far - and I've called em a few times!

Same as above, if you get Roadside Relay they'll take you home or to a nearer address of your choice.
