Hi can anyone help where can I get 2 new rubber pipe to go on both ends of the metal pipe from the fuel pump to the carb?

Mini spares do the various sizes all here http://www.minispare.../fuel pipe.aspx I use the braded type its stronger and less likely to be a problem.

We've got an all makes motor factors place round here sells brake pipe, fuel pipe, oil, etc etc

nothing like that in your area ?

all it is 1/4" internal dia rubber fuel hose

i use compressor air line, does the trick

Compressed air line is illegal. It MUST be fuel line, and have the appropriate markings to prove that it is.
