Not sure, got about £400 worth of bits myself, waiting for some nice weather to fit. Stage 1 kit is obvious choice if you don't have one already. Nice sticky tyres are always good. New cones, decent headlights, the list in endless!I know free money. Where to start. What's the one thing you want to buy for your mini if you have free cash?

a mini doesn't have inner sills its part of the floor panels, the panels that are sold as inner seals are horrible and just hide the problem. Replace the floor panel much better finish and lasts a lot longer, genuine panels all the way
Although what you say is true like heritage, M machine sell a complete inner sill section ie full length, not the repair panel you see sold by various companies.
The M Machine ones are very good as are the Heritage ones.
No matter what you do though to replace either a floor or a complete inner sill especially at the back requires a lot of work to be done correctly. Access to the heelboard end where the inner sill attaches to requires getting inside the companion bin area so best removed.
