They've erm... Stopped notifying.

Can only have been a few days or so but I'm not getting any emails about threads now, haven't made any changes to my settings or email config.

Any ideas?

We've been playing with the virtual server in preparation of a move to a new, improved virtual server. It's possible something we've done during this process has upset the e-mail system.

Hang tight, I'll make sure it's all 100% working after we have moved over to the new virtual server. I'm hoping it's going to make a lot of things better and more robust.

I thought id maybe clicked unfollow on my post, but when i came on the forum, loads of notifications at the top, but no emails.

 any idea's as I've ticked the follow this topic box. I'm new to the site could this be the reson but i have paid the £5 membership.

Have you configured your notifications? You don't get e-mails by default.

 

If you go to your "My Settings" page and click the "Notifications" tab, you can configure what you get and when.

If you're still not receiving notifications then it's a problem with your e-mail provider.
