Not mini related which is why it's in GenChat but thought someone might have a good idea!
Got a bolt like this: http://i01.i.aliimg...._head_bolts.jpg
It's in a children's climbing frame of all places and has a lock nut which is slightly rusted.
The square hole where the head of the bolt sits is in plastic and has rounded off, tried some long-handle angled grips on the round end but when I turn the nut it just slips out of the grips. As you can imagine there's not much to grip onto.
Anyone got any suggestions about how to get it out?
Cheers!
They look like this...

Trouble is, the climbing frame needs to be sold so can't just cut it unfortunately. I'll borrow some mole grips but don't think I'll be able to get a grip on it. Hmmm....

looks just like a standard flat headed coachbolt, similar used in vintage mgs and similar for holding on the bumpers, so cut a flat into it and buy a new bolt?

I think I'll cut it off then, thought there might be some trick to it but looks like I'll be taking a trip to wickes!

Yes, just cut a small groove on the smooth side and use a flat-head screwdriver, and longish socket or spanner to crack it off
