Right, where to start... I'm looking for a value to see what people would pay for this... It's got no v5 or current plates?
And that's the thing I'm not to sure what make the car is or anything... Hence the post about decoding.

I wouldnt buy a mini without a logbook or registration as chances are its either stolen, or its had its identity used on another car, and if found out then it would get crushed so all your hard work in putting it back to road worthy standard then find yourself well out of pocket without a mini

The car is not stolen its been sat there since the dad left :L, and without could I not put it on q plates? There must be a way around in? What would people pay?

if it's all there and of the same year you could get an age related plate

well thats the story, you never know it may have been stolen a long time ago plus where has the id gone? they dont just run away and if its just lost they could apply for a new one for £25,
