Clutch Pedal Rock Solid

come to my mini after a month the clutch pedal is rock solid
Ave checked the fluid
Then i open bleed nipple fluid didnt dribble out so open the copper pipe from the master cylinder tryed pumpin clutch there is no fluid cumin up
Seems to be no pressure behind it
anyone any ideas ?

Yes....

Check the stop nut on the end of the plunger

You'll find this on the middle of the wok ( clutch cover )

If the large lock nut has loosened, or missing, the stop nut may have wound itself up against the clutch cover....causing a solid pedal.

 

It's one thing to check.....I suggest this as I had it happen to me once after I had done some work on it.  Forgot to tighten the lock nut...after a number of miles on the hwy....the vibration had caused it to wind up to the clutch cover.....very solid pedal.

most likely is the clutch arm as seized.

 

The arm the slave cylinder pushes against...spray some penetrating fluid around all the pivot points and tap the arm back and forth

Still no clutch pedal
Ave changed the clutch master cylinder n slave cylinder (2nd hand items )
Ave replaced them but still to pedal
Ave bleed it with the pedal pumpin but no fluid or air is cumin out seems blocked
Seems to be no pressure behind it
Any ideas
Ave also checked the lever thats free too

have you checked the large nut?
You can see the one I'm talking about in the picture that Irostoke posted.

If you'r is up against the clutch cover like in the picture then that's your problem    ( yes I know why the one in the pic is positioned like that...lol )

I even unbolted the slave cylinder and pumped te clutch there still no pressure

Is the pedal actually moving now, you mentioned it was rock solid ??

The pedal is pumpin now but slack cant get it to build any pressure

At first the clutch pedal didnt move was solid
Been told master cylinder gave up so changed it with a second hand one tryied bleedin the pedals movin but no pressure behind it
Open the bleed nipple no air or fluid comin throught
