Cooper Fuel Pipe..same Size As Brake Lines 3/16?

I'm thinking of making my brake pipes to save a bit of money(times not an issue it's gonna be a long build)

is the fuel pipe the same size?

and any tips hints on making your own pipes always greatfully recived

I don't know if this is what is being suggested, but you cannot use fuel pipe for hydraulic brake pipes. The brake pipes carry a very high pressure and need to be of the correct specification. You use conifer brake pipe which is flared using a flaring tool and the correct end fittings.
Fuel pipe for a Mini is normally 1/4" diameter steel with thin walls.

thanks Cooperman...sorry wasn't to clear..it will be all new pipe i was just asking the size..and as you've said the fuel pipe is 1/4 so that answers my question thank you
