I have an annoying feel on the brake pedal and one disc goes tight and loose as I revolve it so something is out.New discs 1000 miles ago,and I should add I rarely use the brakes!! never once in anger really, defo not been hot. I checked the disc in a lathe and with the mounting surface running true, the max run out at extreme edge of disc is 2 thou. I need to know if this is acceptable or if I should return/replace it. Didnt seem much and today I'm going to check the drive flange to see if it's that which is causing the problem.

Doesnt matter now, but thanks for the 29 views. I mounted the drive flange in the lathe and machined the faces then bolted the disc to it and machined the disc so it had to be running true like that.....sorted !
